I'm Dr. Evelyn Le. I love helping women in perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause with a holistic, integrative functional perspective, including stress, sleep, nutrition, hormone optimization, physical mobility, adrenal, cardiovascular, and metabolic health. I also help their husbands get better with low T and sex drive. I also help their young teenager or young adult daughters get lots of help from understanding hormones and lifestyle early in life. 

Educated at Bastyr University with a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and a Master of Public Health from the University of Washington, I am well-versed in the core principles of naturopathy. I consider myself a primary care doctor and look forward to working with you and your family to develop a baseline of excellent health. My training has been further specialized in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (bHRT) and the Wiley Protocol, reflecting my commitment to addressing women's health issues through natural and individualized treatments.

My background includes a Bachelor of Science from Baylor University, focusing on Biochemistry, and a minor in Medical Humanities. This foundation supports my pursuit of natural health solutions and understanding of the body's complex biochemical interactions.

In addition to my medical training, I've developed expertise in the EmSculpt NEO and EmSella technologies from BTL, which align with my dedication to aesthetics and body sculpting as a component of overall well-being. These technologies can transform a person's physique and build muscle and are also helpful in rehabilitation, specifically for the EmSella Chair, for incontinence and sexual function.

Away from my professional life, I value my time with family and friends in the Pacific Northwest, and I am driven by the same principles of care and attention in my personal life as in my practice.
