Welcome to Aerial Integrative Health! I use evidence-based naturopathic, lifestyle, and functional medicine practices to address and treat chronic disease, stress-related illness, gut health disorders, and hormone disorders, and to optimize overall healthy aging and allow for peak performance. My goal is to help you establish the healthy foundations that let you put the trajectory of your (and your family’s) health in your hands. My practice has grown from my lifelong interest in health, wellness, and healthy aging. This drive to understand and promote healthy lives inspired my education and life experiences, which include studying Human Biology while competing as an NCAA Division I athlete at Stanford University, performing as a professional acrobat for Cirque du Soleil, becoming a licensed naturopathic physician in WA state, and becoming a certified Lifestyle Medicine professional - all while juggling the roles of business owner, physician, and mom to 3 boys! These experiences continue to shape and inform how I practice as a clinician today. My goal is for you to achieve optimal health and peak performance by making meaningful and lasting lifestyle changes that not only address your health concerns but ultimately elevates your health to new heights!
