I am committed to offering patients compassionate comprehensive natural medical care. I am passionate about natural medicine and feel called to support my patients in their journey to optimal health and well-being. My passion lies in educating and empowering my patients to make healthy, optimal diet and lifestyle choices that help them thrive. I encourage laughter, optimism and resilience on the path to well-being.
I provide primary care for everyone using my extensive training in nutrient therapy, herbal medicine, bio-identical hormone therapy, diet education, and exercise therapeutics. My clinical interests include women’s health addressing hormonal imbalance such as premenstrual syndrome, menopause, and menstrual irregularities.
I have successfully treated patients of all ages who have anxiety, Type 2 diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal disorders, thyroid and adrenal dysfunction, and autoimmune conditions. Additionally, I offer testosterone therapy for men and women.
Specializing in children’s health, I offer well-child visits, vaccine consultations, and optimization of immune and nutrient health. I offer treatments for conditions such as allergies, respiratory and ear infections, and inattention.
I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington, where I was inspired to learn a natural, safe, science-based approach to health and wellness. That inspiration led me to seek a doctorate degree in Naturopathic Medicine at Bastyr University in Seattle.
Seeking balance in my life, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children. I love being outdoors and find rejuvenation in hiking, trail running, and lake swimming. I can also be found logging laps with Blue Wave Aquatics Masters in the early mornings, or cheering poolside for my kids who are active club swimmers.
