I bring a warm and compassionate presence to my healing work. My goal is to relieve suffering, prevent future disease, and empower patients to be confident in their own self-care.
I practice general medicine with all age groups using nature’s foods and herbs and homeopathic remedies, along with hands-on Craniosacral Therapy and visceral manipulation. This Holistic Health Care combines the best of modern medicine and ancient wisdom, and it requires a balance of body, mind, and spirit.
With 30 years in practice, I can say we are all unique individuals in every way, and we owe it to ourselves to find helpful guides and consultants on our path to a healthy life.
I’ve been a student and a teacher of Tai Chi Ch’uan for more than 40 years. Preparing and eating simple and delicious healthy food is a passion. I also like being out in nature anywhere anytime, enjoying star gazing in early hours, walking and enjoying nature daily, reading, and dabbling in abstract painting.
Areas of Focus in My Practice:
A 1991 graduate of Bastyr University, I have been in private practice for 30 years in Seattle, Burien and Federal Way. As past adjunct faculty at Bastyr, I taught Tai Chi and Craniosacral Therapy. I am a member of the Washington Association of Naturopathic Physicians.
