I am in my 25th year of practice as a primary care naturopathic doctor, practicing both in office and telemedicine in Washington state. I specialize in hormone balancing for men and women, autoimmune diseases, headaches, mental health, gastrointestinal issues, and LGBTQIA+ health.
My focus is on treating the whole person including their history, current stressors, and environmental exposures. I have extensive training in trauma-informed care and I use functional medicine and specialty testing to get to the core of my patient’s symptoms.
I am the founder of Federal Way Naturopathy and a recipient of a number of awards, including a Bastyr Alumni Award and as a residency sight director. My personal life includes playing on our family farm and outdoor adventuring.
