Helping children and adults achieve their optimal level of wellness is my passion and focus. I bring a unique blend of skills to my clients with my background as an Occupational Therapist, Massage Therapist and Naturopathic Doctor. My special interest is working with families who have members on the Autism Spectrum using a biomedical approach to get to the root cause of their issues. I also focus on adults with chronic health care issues involving their guts, thyroid, adrenals and nervous systems. My recommendations include nutritional tips, botanicals, minerals and supplements, and homeopath remedies. Physical hands-on bodywork is also an aspect of treatment plans. Clients are empowered to take charge of their health and be well!
