We believe the body must be addressed as a whole. You may have a headache not because of your head but for a different reason alltogether and it is up to us to discover that imbalance. You cannot remove the part from the whole. We meet people where they are and help them with their health goals and desires through naturopathic and functional methods.
We have two big mottos.
1) People are like snowflakes, there are no two alike and should have their health addressed as such.
2) Why Watch? Why Wait? - It is up to us to take care of ourselves through lifestyle, choices and resources. To us that includes off the beat assessment and supplementation based on that. You must know many things about your body in order to keep it functioning. You do it for your car, HVAC, even your pet. It is up to you to do it for yourself! Anytime someone sas to me let;'s just watch it and wait. I know there is always something I can do.
