Vaishali Verma

Vaishali Verma (ND, BAMS) is a licensed Naturopathic and Ayurvedic Doctor with extensive experience in integrative medicine. Raised in India, she was deeply inspired by her father, who practiced integrative medicine for 35 years. She spent 5.5 years studying Ayurvedic medicine in India. Following her graduation, Dr. Verma worked as a resident OB/GYN medical officer in India, gaining valuable experience in midwifery and women’s health. In 2006, she moved to the United States to pursue a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree at Bastyr University in Washington State. After graduating, she established a private practice providing holistic primary care in Seattle and Bellevue. In 2016, Dr. Verma took a sabbatical to relocate to Massachusetts and later delayed her return to practice following the birth of her second child. 

Currently, Dr. Verma practices at the Boston Holistic Health Center in Back Bay, Boston, MA. Her approach is deeply patient-centered, focusing on creating individualized treatment plans based on a thorough understanding of each patient's diet, lifestyle, family history, social history, and medical background. She specializes in women’s health and gastrointestinal wellness, offering both naturopathic consultations and Ayurvedic treatments, including Abhyanga. Outside her professional life, Dr. Verma enjoys preparing nourishing meals for her family, dancing, practicing yoga, and exploring nature with her loved ones.
