Veronica E. Hayduk

Dr. Veronica Hayduk is a licensed and board-certified naturopathic doctor in private practice here in Maryland. She received her doctorate in naturopathic medicine from the Southwest College of Naturopathic & Health Sciences, one of only four accredited naturopathic schools in the country. She also graduated cum laude from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies & Psychology with specializations in Biology and Microbiology. As one of the top naturopathic doctors in Maryland, Dr. Hayduk is here for each patient and their unique medical needs. Her practice specializes in whole-person treatment therapies, such as nutrition, targeted supplemental support, botanical medicine, homeopathic remedies and other naturopathic medicine options. 

In addition, Dr. Hayduk has advanced training in Environmental Microbiology and Cell Biology and was an intern at the National Institutes of Health (Bethesda, Maryland) in Biopsychology & Neuroendocrinology research department. She also worked with Dr. Andrew Weil and his staff at the Integrative Department located in Tucson, Arizona.

While at Southwest College (now Sonoran University), Dr. Hayduk trained with the Cancer Treatment Centers of America who utilize a patient-specific blend of allopathic and complementary medicine to treat cancer patients. Also, contributed to a peer-reviewed health care journal article exploring blood glutathione levels. She has also studied Biotherapeutic Drainage in Canada, a powerful and effective system of cellular detoxification. Dr. Hayduk is also an active member of the National Association of Naturopathic Physicians and Maryland naturopathic organizations, spending much time in licensing efforts for qualified naturopaths. She has been accepted to the Cambridge Who’s Who of Emerging Leaders and other distinctions. Also, Dr. Hayduk operates a patient-direct apothecary, so her patients are assured that only the very best is shipped to them. In addition, her Maryland company is a manufacturer of a top-quality medical salve with botanical and homeopathic ingredients found in no other product on the healthcare market. She is also on the Speaker’s Bureau for many hospitals, health care organizations, (such as NIH), universities and for public events. Dr. Hayduk has authored numerous articles and e-books both locally and in national publications; including guest appearances on television, radio, and Internet programming.

When she’s not assisting patients or lecturing, Dr. Hayduk enjoys organic gardening & cooking, perusing thrift stores & playing with her cats and dog (that’s a lot of fur!). Her husband and Mom also accompany her as they explore the world around them.
