Andrew L. Rubman, ND FABNE. is an 1982 graduate of NUNM and Medical Director of the Southbury Clinic for Traditional Medicines in Southbury, Connecticut. He is a founder and lifetime member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians, a Member of the Board of Medical Examiners of the Naturopathic Endocrine Society, and a Fellow of the Endocrine Association of Naturopathic Physicians. He has been active in national television, radio, and press and with organizations advocating the evolution of a responsible medical continuum among all licensed physicians with unrestricted practice for naturopathic physicians.
He has served as an advisor and lecturer for the White House Commission for Complementary and Alternative Medical Policy and medical schools across the United States. He is a past Adjunct Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine at many Naturopathic Medical Colleges and has served as the content provider in Naturopathic Medicine for the North American Menopause Society and the Natural Standard now called Natural Medicines.
Dr. Rubman is a contributing medical editor for Bottom Line’s Daily Health News and has multiple Blogs, videos, and over 200 articles in print. He continues to consult with individuals, law firms, and business entities internationally including in China where he helped establish Monk Fruit Inc. the largest producer of this material in the world, working directly with the FDA to obtain GRAS status.
